Refund policy
At The Social Hub, we are committed to providing quality experiences for all our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process for all customers:
1. Movie & Event Tickets
- Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances, such as event cancellations or technical issues that prevent the screening or event from taking place.
- Exchanges: If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to discuss options for rescheduling or exchanging your ticket for another session (subject to availability).
2. Merchandise & Gift Cards
- Refunds: Merchandise and gift cards purchased from CH Social Hub are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for merchandise can be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
3. Food & Beverage Purchases
- Refunds: Food and beverage purchases are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the product's quality. If you experience any concerns, please inform our staff immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
4. Special Packages & Events
- Refunds for special packages (e.g., themed events, group bookings, etc.) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss a refund or reschedule for any special package purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss any concerns, please reach out to our management team at info@chsocialevents.com.au. Include your booking details, order number, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3 business days.
6. Changes & Cancellations by CH Social Hub
In the unlikely event that The Social Hub needs to cancel or reschedule an event, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another date or session.
