The average response time is 24 hours.
We do our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. You can reach us on Socials if that is easier or we are in the office from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
You can book a party package by contacting us directly through our website or by calling our customer service team.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
With each package, you have exclusive access to our party room for 80 minutes. You can choose to use this time before or after the movie screening.
Screenings are running 10:00am, 1:00pm 4:00pm & 6:30pm - please note these time slots may change.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, if you choose our Themed Party Package, we will take care of all the decorations for you, ensuring the room is set up according to your chosen theme.
We offer a selection of the latest kids' movies. The available movies may vary depending on the time of your party. Please contact us closer to your event date for the current list of movies.
- For private screenings of their very own favourite move, contact us to see what we can organise for you.
Our packages are designed for 10 kids. If you have more guests, we can look at booking out the complete cinema to really celebrate. Please contact us directly to look at options we can do together.
Yes, you can add extra services such as face painting, themed decorations, or party bags up to 7 days before your event, depending on availability.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow everyone to settle in and enjoy the full experience.
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Yes, we require at least one adult to be present during the entire party to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
