We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced 2IC Cook (Second-in-Charge) to join our kitchen team and help lead the way in creating fresh, high-quality meals in a positive and fast-paced environment.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who thrives in the heat of the kitchen, takes pride in your craft, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, passionate team.
You’ve got experience on the tools, the ability to think for yourself, and a genuine love for food. You’re also ready to take on leadership when needed, supporting the Head Cook and mentoring others.
The Role Includes:
- Cooking and prepping menu items to a consistent and high standard
- Supporting kitchen leadership and stepping up when required
- Helping with staff coordination and mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- Contributing to the creative energy of our evolving menu
